Shipping We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Production time is 7-12 business days from the time we receive your payment and then 4-7 business days in the air to you if you are in the U.S.
AZ Booths is not responsible do to delays by the shipping carriers, weather, or customs holds. Normal shipping times might be slightly delayed due to circumstances overseas.
Rushes are available upon special request and additional fees may be required.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns Policy

All Sales are final unless merchandise is damaged.
You will need an RMA issued by AZ Booths and all returns are subject to a restocking fee of a minimum of 20%.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of us receiving the returned merchandise, once AZ Booths has inspected and cleared the merchandise of any damage.
Shipping costs at point of sale are non-refundable. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
